Hayley's Photography Havre de Belles Créations

About me

Choice

Hello, my name is Hayley. I'm the one on the left, the others are my siblings and some of my favorite people. I love hanging out with my friends, reading, and writing. I adore matching outfits and jewelry from Parklane. This is my first semester in Commercial Photography, and I have had so much fun! I love this class because it allowed me to see the world through different eyes.

Shadows

Album Cover

The goal of this photo was to create shadows using the sunrise as the light source. I wanted to show the different aspects of the photo like how each of our shadows is different just like each of us. We all choose to stand in different positions to show how we are different. I made our shadows a lot darker to exploit the difference in colors between black and red.

Grand Landscapes

Calming Path

I didn’t really have a “goal” for this photo I just wanted to express the river as it went along. For the composition I wanted to have the picture taken in the middle of the river. I like the bright colors of the green leaves.

Choice

Fire

The point of this photo was to show the differing colors in the fire. The blues, oranges, and the blinding yellows. I want to take the photo from close up so you can see the colors and almost feel the heat coming off the flames.

NBB 405

The goal of this photo was to showcase the car itself. It's an older model and I wanted to show that. For this photo I had to get lower to the ground to make the car seem bigger.

Monochrome Photography

Anklet

The goal of this photo is the anklet. It is a small and simple thing, but in the photo it makes it bigger. You can see the changes in the beads coloring even though the picture is in black and white.

A Different Point of View

Venice Mask

I adore this photo because of the colors that I was able to bring out. I made the black colors brighter so the gold would stand out more.

Macro Photography

Glitter

This photo was had to put together, it was hard to get so close without it going fuzzy. I had to turn up the contradicting colors so the glitter would stand out more. The goal of the photo was to bring out the individual pieces of glitter.

Still Life Photos

Key Necklaces

The goal of this photo was to show the two differing colors. The composition was to have the two different keys intertwine the photos. To show the two long chains.

Up Close

Rye

The goal of this photo was to show the bright grass and the place where I made so many memories. I had to get low so I could make the Rye sign bigger.

Inside Studio Portraits

Best Friends

These are two of my best friends and they mean a lot to me. The goal of this photo was to show their friendship. Having them sit so close together helps show the friendship they share.

Still Life Photos

Bahamas Fan

I wanted to bring out the colors in this photo. I brought out the colors out from the dark background.

Homecoming Week

Sophomore LTA

The goal of the photo was to show unity among students. I choose to take this photo from far away so I can see almost everyone.

A Different Point of View

Pike

This is my dog Pike. I took this photo from above to seem him better. I had to take the picture fast while he was smiling.

AirPort

Home of Heros

I took this photo to remind people that this is the Home of true Heroes who suffered a great deal for us. It was hard to take this photo through the glass, but i got my lense as close as i could.

Triangles in Nature

Through the Triangle

I took this photo to show how sometimes are views on life are to narrow. I had to stand on something tall and focus of the background.

Progress

I feel like I have made a lot of progress in this class. I have gained a bigger view of what can make i good photo. My favorite assignment this year was the portrait ones. I have always felt like i couldn't take photos of people, but this assignment helped me realize i could it just might take different lights or position. I feel liker take pictures has forced me to be more open minded and I loved that.
