Kennesaw State University's TRIO Programs host an annual Summer Academy where local high school students prepare for the upcoming school year and work to develop crucial skills that will help them succeed in life. One of our main goals for this year's KSU TRIO Summer Academy was to help students become more comfortable with online learning platforms and combat the fatigue individuals face in virtual spaces. With this knowledge, students will know how to navigate their classrooms with ease and advocate for themselves. Every Friday, students and staff went on enrichment trips which helped build connections and inspire students to reach their goals. On these trips, the students attended college tours and participated in community service. In addition, Fridays allowed students to enhance social confidence, gain cultural experience, and have fun as a reward for all their hard work.

This Summer Academy was the best yet, and students participated in an award ceremony to recognize the students' exceptional work!
