Blue Tape Work
Lot 1 and Lot 4 should be closing in July. The concrete has been poured for both. Electricians are putting on finishing touches and cabinet doors are being adjusted. Builders are working on blue tape work. The contractor picked up flooring for lot 4 on 6/27/2022, which should be installed in the next couple weeks.
Lot 5 is on track to close in August. We anticipate that Lot 2, while more behind the others, should close end of Q3.
