My services for the OFFICIAL CIVIL CEREMONY are extended only for the private areas and venues of Playa del Carmen and along Riviera Maya. Tulum, Cozumel, Holbox, Isla Mujeres. Other areas are possible but it will be quoted separately.
Due to the special state regulation, only for the area of Playa del Carmen, the civil ceremony between two tourists legally located in the country falls under simplified rule and requires following :
Clear readable scan or photo of the passports/ travel documents of both partners and of 4 witnesses
Completed questionnaire
Blood test
Official ceremony includes :
Verification and preparation of all documents for marriage certificate with local city hall registration office. Please provide copies of the travel documents. 2 Partners and 4 witnesses. The questionnaire and other requirements will be send per email.
At the moment of the ceremony the couple will receive the Mexican marriage certificate, internationally valid document with Apostille marriage will be delivered during 10 working days and send to your home address. DHL costs is not included.
Blood test and medical certification. The test has to be taken between 7 days and at least 24 hours before the ceremony and by the certified laboratory. The reservation for the test will be provided. The technician can come to your place of stay.
Ceremony is hold by officiant in English, Spanish, German, Russian and combination of these languages. Portuguese and Italian are possible with extra fee. Official ceremony is short, included all traditional elements as vows, exchange of rings, signatures of the certificate. Can be extended by adding different wedding rituals.
Total: 1,800 USD for preparation of documents, blood test, the ceremony itself, and international apostille.
