Ten Homes and Counting
There are ten lots under various stages of construction from foundation excavation to rough mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installation (Lots 1, 2, 4, 7, 11, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25). Out of these ten, there are some honorable mentions. Lot 24 is finished with rough mechanical and almost finished with electrical and plumbing. Lot 11 is close behind. Lot 1 has its foundation poured. Lot 2 had footing excavation and is waiting for the concrete foundation. Lastly, lot 23 is pinned and waiting for excavation. Apart from these ten, we have a permit for Lot 8 and are working on the architectural drawings for two others. (You can view the lot division plan below for reference.)
Furthermore, underground electric is completed on the interior lots of phase 1, and gas is 1/3 of the way down. Fiber installation should be following soon.
At the water treatment plant, we have scheduled the concrete pour for the foundation of the water tank and its vertical construction should start next month. Furthermore, the filtration system should soon be delivered while we wait for the building permit to be approved.
