I'm Jax, a budding cook of over 15 years experience working throughout the hospitality industry.

I have an enormous passion for food, not just cooking, but eating too! I get great pleasure out of tasting each individual flavour in foods and this is exactly what I try to bring to people with my cooking.

MY AIM IS TO HAVE YOU SMILING EAR TO EAR WITH EVERY BITE!

I want to leave you with not just a good taste from the food but a great taste from my products used in the recipe, using high quality ingredients and maintaining a passion and care in every part of my process.

Each pizza is lovingly hand stretched per person, per order. Perfection takes a little time
