I have been working with Kimberly on nutrition and detoxification & deeper issues for some time now. Kimberly saved my life. Literally. Saved my life. My father and his father took their lives when I was young. After years of battling depression, anger and suicidal thoughts the universe led me to Kimberly. A bad divorce, financial ruin and three young kids left me seeking real help. I have worked with Kimberley for approximately two years. It’s been the most transformative two years of my life. While two years seems like a lot, it’s hasn’t. Kimberly, has offered me grace and time to reflect in between sessions and offers check in’s while I experience “real life”. Since working with Kimberley, I have been able to free myself from alcohol – which has been a significant deal, as my mother was an alcoholic. Alcohol was my friend, and while I would never consider myself alcohol dependent – Kimberley’s work with me truly showed me how and why I used alcohol as a crutch and how badly it was hurting my life. I’ve been able to find my voice, my passion and my relationship of 6 years with my husband has never been better. I truly do not know who I would be without the work of Kimberly. My experience started with going Vegan. This involved eating processed Vegan foods for almost a year. I did not feel good, and some health issues started popping up that required medications that I did not absolutely want to do.
