CFD, Design & Aero Consulting Bespoke aero design to improve performance

Knowing beats guessing 100% of the time

Typically, there are 3 stages to our aero development process:

1) Establish needs & baseline performance

1A.) Consult with the customer to assess needs, obtain baseline specifications and explain process
1B.) Create baseline model to establish starting vehicle parameters
1C.) Complete baseline CFD run to establish initial numbers for later upgrade comparisons
1D.) Parse CFD data and complete parametric imaging/vehicle analysis to establish areas for improvement
1E.) Compile data report to determine aerodynamic downforce created by existing vehicle surfaces
1F.) Deliver initial aerodynamic assessment and make recommendations based on findings from baseline CFD run

2) Design aero updates

2A.) Design/model aerodynamic updates and approve design with customer prior to completing 2nd CFD run
2B.) Complete 2nd CFD run to capture data from upgraded model/design changes
2C.) Compile data report to determine aerodynamic downforce created by upgraded aerodynamic surfaces

3) Design, fabricate & install parts

3A.) Design parts to match desired specifications and establish profiles for final aesthetic modeling
3B.) Update models & complete renders of final designs to select/visualize materials & finishes prior to final fabrication
3C.) Refine design for optimal fabrication and incorporate learnings from CFD run to improve performance and durability
3D.) Oversee all aspects of your project and work with you and your team to achieve a successful installation on your aero performance package
