Knowing beats guessing 100% of the time
Typically, there are 3 stages to our aero development process:
1) Establish needs & baseline performance
1D.) Parse CFD data and complete parametric imaging/vehicle analysis to establish areas for improvement
1F.) Deliver initial aerodynamic assessment and make recommendations based on findings from baseline CFD run
2) Design aero updates
2A.) Design/model aerodynamic updates and approve design with customer prior to completing 2nd CFD run
2C.) Compile data report to determine aerodynamic downforce created by upgraded aerodynamic surfaces
3) Design, fabricate & install parts
3A.) Design parts to match desired specifications and establish profiles for final aesthetic modeling
3B.) Update models & complete renders of final designs to select/visualize materials & finishes prior to final fabrication
