Faubion Orchestra Updates November 11, 2022

Our Winter Concert will be on Friday, December 2nd in the Faubion Auditorium and includes all orchestra students. There will be two concerts for this event in order to create as much space as possible for audience members. Beginning Orchestra, Concertino, and Honors Orchestras will perform at 6 pm; Honors Orchestra, Sinfonia Orchestra, and Camerata Orchestra will perform at 7:30 pm. Non-Beginning Orchestra students need to wear all solid black dress clothes (shirt/pants/socks/shoes) for this concert (no dresses/skirts, jeans, tank tops or sweats) see orchestra handbook for more details on concert attire. We will also be having our annual silent auction at the Winter Concert. Please sign up to donate an item for auction here.

Follow Us

Our orchestra website has many links with helpful information for parents and students. Also, Faubion Orchestra has a Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok account for fans/parents of the orchestra to follow. We encourage parents to follow us on these sites. This not anything that is required for any students as we realize many students do not have social media accounts--and that is okay! You can also contact us at kzamora@mckinneyisd.net bberens@mckinneyisd.net or 469-302-6699. Please note that our phone number rings directly to voicemail, so leave a message and we will call you back after school hours.
