Resending a parent / carer unique code

Step 1: On your BURSTS’ dashboard, click on your class.

Step 2: On your class page, scroll down to your children and click on the child to whom you wish to re-send the unique code. The greyed-out box indicates that the parent/carer is yet to activate BURSTS.

Step 3: On the child’s information page, click on the parent/carer email to which you wish to re-send the unique code for BURSTS’ activation.

Step 4: Once selected, click on the ‘Invite’ button.

Step 5: A confirmation message will appear in the top right corner and an email icon will appear next to the parent/carer.
