Sr Staff Experience Designer, Premiere Pro

As a leader in professional video, audio, motion graphics, and collaboration software, the Adobe Digital Video & Audio team is looking for an Sr Staff Experience Designer to help reimagine workflows in our flagship application: Premiere Pro!
What you’ll be working on
This role will lead projects across various workflows from editing, audio, color, graphics and motion. You will bring your future-looking ideas to life with your designs, prototypes, and storytelling toolkit. You are a strong advocate for the customer because you can relate to their needs and understand the power of design and story to transform.
You will use your experience in post-production and experience design to paint the future vision of the products, but also love getting down into the details of shipping new builds and setting the example for shipping work with high quality.

Qualifications include
- 5+ years of experience in UX design or software design related field. Demonstrated the ability to ship great software that customers love.
- 5+ years of experience as a video editor or related video post-production field. Demonstrate the ability to use dominant professional video tools in the market and speak to the specifics needs of a professional video post-production team.
- Experience working with design researchers or conducting your own research, presenting results, and acting on insights
- Strong interpersonal, visual, written, multimedia and oral communication skills
- The ability to balance, prioritize and drive multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfort in uncertainty and strong presence when presenting work
- Knowledge and passion for accessible and inclusive design
