How can we put a stop to bullying in schools? By Josh reid

What is bullying in schools?

Bullying is often defined as behaviour that is repeated and hurts someone physically or emotionally.

How would you feel if you were being bullied?

I would feel afraid.

When we are afraid, we feel threatened.

We feel unsafe. It is exhausting.

Speak up if you hear others bullying your friend. If you don’t feel comfortable speaking directly to the bully, talk to an adult at your school.

Kindness must be taught and practiced. Giving young people the tools they need to choose kindness is a huge step toward ending bullying in schools
