My name is Mia and I have a lengthy resume when it comes to branding, marketing, communications and development. I’ve worked along side of artist that are signed to major labels, I have been featured in hip hop weekly, Entertainment paper, Grind Weekly, Revolver Magazine and mentored by influencers like Shawn Barron of Motown/Capitol Records.
My Passion
When I began RaTalent Management, I was working on a project with an artist by the name of Big Crys. She had a goal and that goal was to defeat all odds. I would help with finding shows for her, create documents to ensure the accountability in transactions and also help with song concepts. As time went on I realized that the industry chews and spits out artists who aren’t familiar with “the game”. I decided that the goal for my brand was to ensure the dream chasers who are serious and needed some guidance, got just that. RaTalent Management is slowly but surely making a positive name for itself. As understanding of the industry increases, so does any artist attached to the brand.

As business grows and opportunities arise around you, the need to spend a lot more time perfecting your craft is vital. Often times we think “I can do this on my own” and we subtly lose track of the vision at hand.
