Entrepreneur Heidi Neal has spent the last decade turning Loyal Biscuit Company into athriving Maine business and the go to place for pet parents who want the best for their family's fur babies. As a hometown girl, Heidi has a deep connection to our community and has played an active role in Rockland's revitalization efforts.
Her passion for Loyal Biscuit started as a customer when she would frequent the local store as a customer with dog Fenway. When she heard that the store would have to close if they didn't find a new owner she had her opportunity to connect her passion with her business skills and bring a dream to life. Since then under Heidi's leadership Loyal Biscuit has gone on to receive local and national awards such as Coolest Store in America by Pets+ Magazine, Retailer of the Year by PetAge Magazine, and Knox County Best of the Best for a stunning 11 years in a row.
Loyal Biscuit has become a community hub in the center of downtown Rockland. People come in looking for nutritional advice, high quality pet gifts, or just some friendly conversation.
While it's hard to imagine Loyal Biscuit improving on their award winning retail experience Heidi has a long term vision for Loyal Biscuit that includes a Barkery and expansion of their pet spa services.
