Nyleve Henry is very hands-on with global issues that deserve more attention. This makes her a leader, and ultimately one that is setting an example for those who wish to take charge in how the world needs to positively change. She is putting in the footwork to educate, aid, and add value to the community; including those who would also like to contribute to her mission as well. She uses a balanced approach in all of her dealings, which enables her to create predictable results for others. She has excelled as a mastermind in Consumer-Packaged Goods Supply Chain Operations, Executive Project Management, Avant-garde Fashion Design, and Grassroots Content Campaigns. Passionate about Sustainability in the Fashion & Food Industry, Nyleve is now the CEO of a Fashion Tech startup, called Looks for Lease “L4L”, where she executes her mission to significantly reduce toxic landfill waste within the fashion industry. As a native of South LA, she was exposed to diverse cultural experiences across Los Angeles and learned to embrace the beauty within all of our differences. She has mastered her endeavors and is now ready to implement Green Business solutions, giving people guaranteed opportunities to create new conscious consumption habits.

While working at the largest CPG Food manufacturer as a Supply Chain Lead, Nyleve realized she needed her own creative outlet. She began visiting thrift stores and redesigning certain looks based on her innate liking. While wearing the garment out in Los Angeles, the attention she received was overwhelming which encouraged her to sell redesigned garments over the weekend at local pop-up Markets. She did this with zero formal fashion training, Nyleve realized one of her innate gifts is being able to forecast trends. She has a knack for knowing what people will gravitate too. Over time, she learned to trust her intuition and decided to use creativity as a catalyst for Change. She hasn’t looked back ever since. 3 years after entering into her first thrift shop while trailblazing as a full time corporate Leader, Nyleve quit her corporate job to follow her dreams as a Green Business Entrepreneur & Fashion Designer. With a strong focus on maximizing the use of textiles, she also realized her demographic of consumers are Stylists, Creative Directors, Artists and Influencers who just need a cool outfit for a couple hours. She along with a Team of Subject Matter Experts are introducing the ultimate virtual customer experience with ‘L4L’. They are building a Rental Enterprise through a custom built Circular Inventory Tracking System, integrated body scanning technology, a Designer Consignment Rental Program and the ability to scale the proprietary Operations system by offering a SaaS product for others to manage rental operations at any location. Most importantly educating consumers on the need for us to collectively reduce landfill waste and green house gas emissions. Nyleve believes the opportunities within Circularity are endless!
