High!
My name is Barbra Dean.
An ambitious Chef who survived a decade of culinary service knowing there was always some cannabis waiting for me when I arrived home.
I graduated as Valedictorian of Business Management Entrepreneurship in June 2022 at Algonquin College. While studying I spent two years focusing on the plan to build my dream!
My Startup idea is to create an online cannabis community and my own small food business.
Currently studying for a graduate certificate learning to become a Technical Writer. This program will teach me to connect with my audience and I create amazing content for you all to enjoy!

20 Years of Cannabis Experience
I am someone who loves to keep her hands busy! When I am not playing with food, I like to craft. One of my favorite things to craft myself is bath bombs to help me relax after a long day with food.
Everything I craft I can also infuse.
I infuse my own body cream.
I garden to keep calm and a good cream will help protect you while you play in the dirt. Not just from the sun but pests as well.
Sometimes I wrap up these as gifts for my friends.
Future Goals
Blazing an entrepreneurial trail from culinary into cannabis combining their passion for food with the love they have for our world's finest herb.
The plan is to create an online community where cannabis consumers can connect with Chefs like myself, and each other, to share tips on how to incorporate cannabis into food, and the many benefits that come along with it.
I want to establish my own sustainable home-based food business sharing my culinary skill in classes and offering a service to my community by providing wholesome food and styling delicious treats for the holidays.
Both of these projects can encourage cannabis tourism to my hometown of Smiths Falls, On, Canada.
Hobbies Chef Enjoys to Help Relax and a Peek at Their Personality
Gardening!
Every Chef gets to a point where they get tired of tossing herbs before having a chance to use them. So, I decided to start growing my own.
Gardening is a great way to cut through the stress our environment creates.
Music!
Nothing calms my soul and keeps me energized than rock and roll.
I had the pleasure of performing the Nurse Barbie-Q (Rozetta) role with a local Alice Cooper band called Generation Landslide.
The most flattering moment on this short journey was when long-time Ottawa local photographer Tom Linden included a photo of my role in a book they created.
Also being included in this AMAZING poster created for one of our shows!
I play a little guitar myself.
Performance!
I have an entertainer in me that loves helping others have a good time. I have entertained crowds around the city of Ottawa by spinning fire on the stage at the Rainbow on Murray Street and proudly performing burlesque at the House of Targ on Bank.
