Pending Approvals

Lots of activity continues on the Holly Anne property. The dirt grading is finished from the main road entry to the first cul de sac, and we are awaiting the sign off from the engineers who are completing the compaction certification as we go. Top soil at the bottom of phase I is almost complete, and we should receive manhole fixtures soon. Internet services have been largely decided and waiting for finalization and we are collecting pool installation bids for the clubhouse. We are waiting on quotes over transformer manufacturing and utilities and turn lane figures that are being updated per county requirements. We hope to have those soon.

In December, we anticipate having final approval for the clubhouse parking lot grade as well as a final decision on the clubhouse design. Houseplans are on track to be drawn up and ready to accept building bids in the new year. We are awaiting confirmation that the easements from the adjoining property owner have been recorded so that we can proceed with the pump station efforts.
