The installation was showcased in two central locations, one in Stockholm and the other in Gävle. At the core of the installation was a nine-meter-high black tower serving as its base. Inside the tower, there was a powerful sound system, comprising a mixer, equalizer, effects, and DAT recorder. The artists used highly focused directional microphones to capture ambient sounds of the city, including people talking. These recorded sounds were then mixed, processed, and played back to the city. Surrounding the tower, an electric fence was constructed, and a series of 2000-volt floodlights were arranged at the top. The lights were triggered when people approached the tower. Throughout the installation, two guards would regularly appear on top of the tower, as part of the artwork's performance or presentation. "A Phauss project with CM von Hausswolff."
