Oxford Emory wins record seventh consecutive title

Oxford, GA - Oxford Emory (GA) has won the 2023 NJCAA DIII Men's Tennis Championship in Oxford, GA. This is the program's seventh consecutive championship. The Eagles showcased a dominating performance throughout the week, winning all six singles flights and all three doubles flights. The Oxford Emory's women's tennis team won the DIII women's Championship in the fall too.

Final Standings and Flight Championship Matches

RCSJ Gloucester comes in second place with 25 points, followed closely behind by Ocean County in third with 13.5 points. Suffolk County (NY) and Fashion IT (NY) round out the top-5.

Eagles win seventh consecutive DIII Men's Tennis title

Sophomores Zach Ravel, Tyler Yamato-Chang, and Jahaan Sheryar were first-team all-America in both singles and doubles. Ravel won the No. 1 singles flight without dropping a set while also earning the No. 1 doubles championship with Yamato-Chang.

Yamato-Chang won the singles No. 2 flight. Sheryar took home the No. 3 singles flight and teamed up with sophomore Mark Li for the doubles No. 3 championship.

RCSJ Gloucester finishes as the runner-up

The Roadrunners earned their 12th straight top-3 finish and put together an impressive team performance. RCSJ Gloucester was able to secure a second-place finish in all three doubles flights, as well as four singles flights.

Freshman Kyle Deacon finished as a second-team all-American in No. 2 singles and No. 1 doubles with teammate Rockland Caselli. The doubles duo of Jason Petrin and James Keenan earned finished second in flight No. 2, while also earning second-team all-America honors for singles.

Ocean County's Willis and Marton earn Second-Team All-America honors

Ocean County sophomores John Willis and Luke Martin put together impressive weeks for the Vikings. Willis finished as the runner-up in singles No. 1 while Martin finished second in singles No. 4. Both earned second-team All-America honors.
