Who's ready for a night of fun? Join us for our 27th annual back-to-school kick-off event Raid the Rec! Raid the Rec is an exciting event held in the ESRC to welcome incoming freshmen to ECU as well as returning students before class starts. Since the first Raid the Rec, we have carried on the tradition and will continue for each incoming class.
When: August 19th, 2022, starting at 7:00 pm
Where: Eakin Student Recreation Center
Raid the Rec has many activities such as free food, inflatable games, rock climbing, free t-shirts, a DJ, and much more! Be sure to bring your friends or make some new ones! Raid the Rec is the perfect freshman experience when starting out at ECU. Check out the organization fair to learn more about ECU organizations such as SGA, Club Sports, IM Sports, etc. Don't forget, as you walk around the ESRC, to take a tour to see what our facilities have to offer.
On the day of, please arrive and wait outside for the ESRC doors to open at 7:00 pm. Once doors open, follow the check-in process and have your ECU 1Card ready to scan for entry.
