The something from nothing shoot was a good way to think outside of the box. I love the different light sources that i was able to capture with the folded character.
This was one of my favorite shots from the something form nothing shoot. There are a bunch of light sources, pieces of paper, and shapes that needed to be set perfectly to set the scene. I'm glad that one turned out to be presentable.
This shot was one of my favorites from the freezing time shoot. I think the combination of a good background and good lighting make for a good photo.
The toy shoot was one of my favorites. This photo in particular was a great combination of a strong subject, and a colorful and interesting background. The addition of a low aperture really helped this photo pop.
Even though Mr Peterson's VW Beetle is a little dirty, the similar paint reflected a perfect image of my toy. The cloud coverage provided some perfect lighting to help this happen.
In our practice EMACE shoot, I captured this photo with the camera an inch from the floor. I was dually impressed and happy with the sharpness of the photo.
You may not have ever known it, but there was another photographer in this photo, covering some of the text on the red banner. I am super excited by the fact that i made it seem like he was never there.
The something from nothing shoot was super cool, after the creative juices started to flow. I think this photo has a lot of depth for only a few pieces of paper.
I love shooting after the rain. Puddles provide some awesome opportunities for different reflections.
The flowers shoot required a lot of preparation. I am really glad some of the photos turned out pretty good. this one was one of my favorites.
