Day one: offensive showcase
Players participate in on-field batting practice through multiple rounds
60-yard dash is optional for players
Atlantic League managers have designed every aspect of the showcase in order to see your skills. Managers will be actively involved in the showcase scouting and working with players
Day one - defensive showcase
Infielders showcase arm strength, range, fielding ability, double plays, and more.
Outfielders showcase your range, arm strength, ability to cut off the ball in the outfield, and throwing accuracy.
Catchers display pop-time and defensive ability
Pitchers without professional experience will throw bullpens
Day two: live gameplay
Pitchers and position players square off in Spring Training-esque live game action. Pitchers will face at least 4 batters per inning, all hitters will get at least one at-bat lasting at least 5 pitches.
Position players may be asked to hit multiple times or against specific pitchers. Pitchers with Single-A experience or higher may skip the bullpen on Day One and throw to Live hitters on Day Two.
Day Two: Player Draft
at least 20 players will be offered contracts
All Atlantic League managers will make player selections during a real-time player draft following gameplay.
Expansion teams Kentucky and Staten Island will select at least 6 players to offer contracts, with the remaining 8 teams drafting at least one player to invite to Spring Training in the Atlantic League.
The Atlantic League of Professional Baseball offers the highest level of professional baseball other than Major League Baseball. Over 950 of the league's players have signed contracts with big league organizations and over 100 players have been transferred to MLB.

Managers and representatives from every Independent League are invited to attend, as well as MLB scouts from all 30 Major League Baseball organizations.
IN 2020, OVER 25% OF THE PLAYERS IN ATTENDANCE WERE DRAFTED AND OFFERED THE OPPORTUNITY TO COMPETE FOR A STARTING POSITION IN SPRING TRAINING ON AN ATLANTIC LEAGUE TEAM.

Day One: SHOWCASE
ALL position players will partake in a defensive and offensive Combine on Day One. Pitchers* will throw a 15-pitch bullpen on Day One.
On Day One, it's time to show off your skills. Position players will show off their speed, arm strength, and defensive ability from their position. All position players will participate in on-field batting practice.
Scheduled itinerary:

- Catcher Pop-Time
- Pitcher Bullpens
*Pitchers with Single-A experience or greater may skip the bullpen on Day One and pitch in live gameplay on Day Two.
Pro Day is led by the managers from each of the 10 Atlantic League teams. Players will be assigned to stations and will be scouted based on their position.
Managers will be evalutating players in anticpation of the draft on Day two in which at least 20 players will be selected
The stadium is an all-turf complex, sunflower seeds and metal cleats are NOT allowed.
DAY TWO: LIVE GAMEPLAY
Players will be assigned to groups to face off against live pitching in front of MLB scouts and professional managers from the Atlantic League.
Pitchers will face at least 4 batters per inning, with each hitter getting at least one at-bat in controlled gameplay. Batters will get at least 5 pitches before running out the final swing.

Each manager has the ability to sign players on the spot for the 2022 season, and following Day Two, the Atlantic League is conducting a player draft and guaranteeing that at least 20 players will be drafted and invited to compete in Spring Training for a roster spot.
Since 2019 over 70 players from our events have signed professional contracts.
