The Great Divide & Success Gap
Some might say that this is simply natural selection. Others may realize that the difference in the value of these lives hold greater truer potential considering they are human lives. Each holding a unique narrative that will contribute and impact society in its own way. Here are the numbers….
- By age 26, just 4 % of former foster youth had successfully obtained a bachelor’s degree.
- Eight out of every 10 foster youth enter the system with notable mental health needs.
- By the time foster youth are 24, only half of them will have stable and steady employment. The same percentage develop substance abuse.
- Compared to their peers, male former foster youth are four times as likely to commit a crime. Females are 10 times more likely.

R.E.D. Nation, exists to assist in developing others in living purposeful, meaningful, and fulfilling lives that can further impact their immediate communities and the world we all live in… and bridge the extreme success gap between foster youth and their counterparts.
Mission
To elevate the intrapersonal and interpersonal skills for long term success in each individuals life purpose and dream through individual or group guided coaching sessions.
Scheduled workshops and events will focuse on exposure to different career fields, financial literacy, career planning, exposure to fine arts, leadership building and more for participants.
