This week we were really excited to have ‘That history Bloke’ visit our school and give us a fantastic introduction to our new topic on Vikings.
We learnt about Viking warrior and Viking Jains and how they would dress and behave. We also go to handle lots of artefacts and even try on a warrior helmet!
We also learnt some a Viking language and a Viking game similar to naughts and crosses. Thank you Richard for a fantastic morning!
In PSHE we looked at examples of different people and how money might make them feel using Red Start resources. We used great oracy skills to explain why we had chosen that emotion and build on what other people thought.
