September’s Treasures Working with some awesome businesses

September had some amazing treasures! 5 businesses allowed me to work with them on capturing their beautiful foods and drinks. It was an incredible adventure and I hope you all enjoy the ride!

Fresh Thymes Eatery and The Bodega

Fresh Thymes Eatery and The Bodega can be found right off 30th street in Boulder. They serve only the most quality foods and products which they source locally.

The Bodega is the place to pick up a cup of coffee, pastries, or a variety of health products! It’s easy to pick up and go if you are in a hurry and you can feel good about the products as well.

The Sink

The Sink is one of the hottest restaurants on The Hill and can be found right off of Broadway in Boulder, Colorado

They have eye-catching artwork that covers the walls on the interior, adding to its flare. The Sink even allows you to add your signature to the ceiling, giving it a more personal feel as well.

The food at The Sink is absolutely incredible! The size of their pizzas alone could feed a group of 8 and one slice is enough to fill you up for the day. I was also given a bomb macaroni and cheese, a couple of drinks and a salad to photograph as well. Their food is high quality.

Ms Margret Maker Pumpkin Seed Brittle

Ms Margret Maker's Pumpkin Seed Brittle is a local Coloradan business that can be ordered from online and occasionally seen at pop up events like the Denver Bazaar. Their Pumpkin Seed Brittle some of the most delicious sweet snacks out there! My favorite is the salty flavored pumpkin seed brittle and the spicy one has just enough spice to give it an enjoyable kick.

The Burrowing Owl

The Burrowing Owl can be found down in Colorado Springs, off of South Eighth street, and it is the best vegan restaurant I've had in the city!

Homemade Kombucha is on tap so you can enjoy a tasty drink while you wait for your food.

I'm fairly new to the vegan cuisine but I can assure you this was the best food I ever had! The flavors all blended nicely together and the food looked stunning! There wasn't really a favorite dish because I loved them all so much.

Fast Fit Foods

Fast Fit Foods has three different locations in Colorado Springs. The one I shot at was on Stetson Hills off of Powers.

This is the place to go for a healthy meal prep foods. My sister was a big fan for awhile until she moved out of delivery range. This is the kind of food I wish my local super market had in the freezer section. You can truly feel good about what you are putting in your body to help reach your health goals.
