Meet Nathan Evans Jr.

Nathan Evans Jr. is a faithful husband, Father, and best-selling author. Nate is a First-Generation high school & First-Generation college graduate, mental health advocate, highly requested speaker and the founder of "The Nathan Evans Jr Group LLC" which is an educational consulting company that focuses on mental health awareness and resilience coaching. Nate also is a youth mentor and podcast host. He lives by the quote, "CHANGE WHAT WE NORMALIZE™” which was inspired by his mission to eradicate the stigmas around mental health amongst youth and young adults. This passion was birthed by his own battles with mental health issues as a youth and young adult due to childhood trauma in which he overcame. With this motivation, he has developed workshops for schools, colleges, non-profits and corporations based around mental health, emotional wellness and resilience. Nate’s charismatic speaking and inspiring testimony allows him to relate to teens and young adults while also educating them on how to increase their mental wellness, emotional intelligence, resilience and sense of self-worth.

Spring Out of Burnout: Overcoming and Coping with Burnout

Participants will learn how to overcome burnout. They will also learn tips to aid them with coping with burnout. This will positively impact student learning by impacting the climate and culture of the classroom.
