Iron Body Athletics offers a full-body, coach-led, circuit-based program for all fitness levels.
The workouts are challenging and designed to develop strength, aerobic and anaerobic endurance, flexibility and coordination. All the exercises are scalable and can be modified to allow for one's physical limitations.

How to Win:
If you lose 15 pounds, attend 18 workouts, turn in 6 food logs and complete a body measurement sheet then you are a winner.
There will not be a "charge-back" for the winner but rather a "credit" toward a future Boot Camp. You can redeem your camp credit at any time or even gift it to a friend.
Incentives:
Other incentives include $1 credit for every pound and inch you lose. You must turn in all six Weekly Food Journals, attend 18 workouts and complete your Body Weight Tracker sheet.

The workouts include exercises that help build strength & improve overall athleticism.
Expect to do thousands of push ups, squats and lunges including exercises with battle ropes, boxes, dumb bells and various jumping and lifting exercises. All exercises can be scaled or modified.
