How Does It Work?
The scientists and Forensic Crime Scene Professionals combined their capabilities and understanding of a crime scene to develop a technology that could reduce the risk of accidental cross contamination of biological agents in a crime scene to reduce the risk of invalidating evidence. It became clear, very quickly, that this technology was also ideal for use within cleaning and infection control environments to meet the challenges of being able to see the unseen.
The light wavelength of 445nm is the optimal wavelength for detecting biological matter. BioTorch™ generates high intensity light in the 437nm - 458nm range making it a truly unique solution that fluoresces biological matter to help identify, monitor and maintain standards in all environments.
