My Story

From a young age, I was always taught not to waste food because others in the world need food, so you could say this concept has been years in the making. During my years in high school I stared into the eyes of people that were in dier need of food when I volunteered at food pantries around the island. To learn that produce is being wasted based on its apperance shocked me to my core, espcially when you have stared into the eyes of the needy that are unfortunate to have misshapen produce, you will think twice about judging food.

Problem

There is so much wasted produce in the world, and it is simply based on its appearance. In order to work in solving this problem, misshapen is going to show the world that these types of produce are just as good as the regular produce.
