Letter to the Seniors

Congratulations, KSU TRIO Family!

We are so incredibly proud of all our graduating seniors! Although your high school experience was a bit different due to circumstances beyond control, we hope it was a great one. All your hard work and accomplishments have paid off, and we could not be happier.

"Our KSU TRIO Family is lucky to have this group of Seniors. Your hard work and dedication is evident in your continued dedication to our community, and I cannot wait to see what you accomplish." - Dr. Dalton J. Lemelle Jr.

"I am so very proud of how far these students have come. I have had the pleasure of watching most of them grow and mature since the ending of their eighth grade year, and I couldn’t be more proud of them. I’m so excited to see where life takes them on this next journey." - Ms. Krystina Leverett

"Congratulations to all our 2022 senior graduates! We know how hard you worked to get here and are so excited to see your next journey!" - Ms. Brittney Sanchez

"We are so incredibly proud of you all and always remember you will have us here to help you, no matter what. Janet Napolitano once said 'You don’t go to university so you can punch a clock. You go to university so you can be in a position to make a difference.' I cannot wait to see the differences you make in the world!" - Love Ms. Christine Smith

“We are extremely proud of all our Upward Bound seniors and everything they have accomplished. They have so many exciting adventures ahead and we can’t wait to see their continued growth and well deserved success.” - Ms. Ashley Phillips

“Though our current seniors have not been able to do as much in person as those in years prior, that has not stopped them from working incredibly hard to ensure they get to the college of their dreams. We have an incredible group who I am so proud to call our class of 2022, and I know that they are going to do exceptional in both college and their future careers.” - Ms. Mary Turner

"Seniors, we are so proud of all that you have accomplished over the course of your high school career. We wish our seniors the best in their future endeavors as they make strides to reach their dreams!" - Ms. Priscilla Pita

"Getting to work with you all is why I love my job. Thank you for making this such an awesome experience, and I can't wait to watch you all go out into the world and make an impact!" - Ms. Jennifer Craton

“We are so proud of your hard work and dedication to KSU TRIO Programs, and we are excited to see the opportunities you will pursue in your post-secondary education and careers. The work that you have put into yourselves will undoubtedly help you achieve great success in life. You all are the products of a very proud KSU TRIO family!" - Ms. Aleema Dyer
