Find this in the menu > Filter > Neural Filters

You can take an image that is black and white, and add variations of colour.

Adrian then used Smart Portraits to adjust his own happiness levels and age in a professional portrait! Following this, he showed us where to find the range of current filters, as well as what is up and coming!

Future Schools

Peter wrote a book! Turning Around A Troubled School : A journey of school renewal

Do constraints around our role or our school exist only in our minds?

Thoughts from Peter tonight:

  1. Own your own career - spend time asking for mentoring to develop your future career and ask if you can be involved in areas you want to move into or need to know about (such as finance management - an important area of education).
  2. Do a passion project outside of your usual role - don't confine yourself to a box and show your willingness to learn and explore.
  3. Look at your sphere of influence and consider how to push the boundaries of your own role (dancing in the grey) - this means that you can extend your influence and make more progress in the Education sector.
