In this webinar, we explore the value of being Orgasmic for ourselves and how it benefits our partners.
We are following the call to shift from solely genital based relating (sex) towards a more expanded expression of intimacy (Sensual Emotional eXchange).
We plan to take a deep dive into the many masks, counterfeit personalities, and false b.s. (belief systems) imprinting how we are currently practicing intimacy in our relationships.
Through a series of images and reflection questions and discussion prompts, we will access parts of our subconscious programming that are impacting our intimacy.
We will practice various tools to feel, reflect, process and integrate with ourselves and our partners.
We will also take time to learn about the history of sexual programming and how each of us has been impacted.
We use V.I.B.E. to help frame our work around connection and intimacy…
Voice: activate sound vibration to express what we feel.
Introspection: a willingness to go internal & honestly reflect with ourselves.
Breath: from and understanding of the the breath’s influence on our inner alchemy, we use this to transform states of BEing.
EmBody: from a place of awareness and connection to our thoughts & emotions, our bodies integrate to tell a story.
Everything we teach, we will also practice together.
We will have time to work through concerns, expand on ideas as well as celebrate breakthroughs!
