Parris won the NCAA heavyweight title with a 5-1 decision over Penn State's Greg Kerkvliet in the championship final.
Parris outscored his NCAA opponents, 49-6, over five matches, including a 16-1 technical fall over Iowa's Tony Cassioppi in the semifinals.
Parris was the honorary captain at the Michigan football Spring Game and was personally congratulated by Michigan President Santa Ono, along with U-M Hockey Hobey Baker Trophy winner, Adam Fantill.
Myles Amine earned a dramatic semifinal win to beat Poland's Jezierzanski, 3-2, on a last-second takedown en route to his silver-medal effort at 86kg. Myles is now a 4x European Championships medalist.
Nathan Tomasello (61kg), Alec Pantaleo (70kg), Alex Dieringer (79kg), J'den Cox (97kg), Mason Parris (125 kg) and Derek White (125kg) will represent CKWC at the US Open in senior men's freestyle.
