Water Tank is Done!
We now have 12 lots that are in different stages of vertical construction: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 10, 11, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25. The above-ground water tank is installed. Gas installation is almost complete and Fiber is still set to follow. The filtration system for the water facility arrived on site and was off-loaded June 24. Installation will start next week. All Electric will be down and live for the entire phase 1 in the next 3 weeks and we start installing paved roadways the first week of July.
