A significantly improved month for the TMSI team! We funded 218 loans for $55.4 M, an improvement of 62 loans and $12.5 M from April. Application volume was at 250 (+24) and our total pipeline was up to 475 loans and $140 M, another increase over April! The only negative was the slight downtick on future lock volume, hoping with a debt deal soon to be in place we will once again see locks flying in the door! Overall, a very nice month and one we can build on for the balance of 2023!

We have 180 loans in June's pipeline totaling $46.4 M.

  • *Loans that you refer and close through the referral desk (or renovation and reverse mortgage specialists, Gina and Julia) will be included in your total numbers.

Rules:

Winner must still be employed by TMSI at the time of the trip or the trip will be forfeited. The trip is non-transferrable and may not be exchanged for its cash equivalent.

Sarah grew up in Southern Maryland but found herself in Virginia Beach after a military move with her husband, David. She began working for Tidewater Finance Company in 2014, but when she was offered the opportunity to move to TMSI a year later she didn’t hesitate! Another military move has landed her and her family back in Maryland, but she has remained a part of the Tidewater family over the years. She has worked in the Human Resources field for the last 13 years and loves the constant change and challenges the field provides.

When she’s not working, Sarah enjoys spending time with her two children, Isaac (5) and Mia (3). They are both huge balls of energy and keep their parents moving nonstop. Her hobbies include house plants, gardening, reading and baking. She is also a huge animal lover - Sarah has two 9 year old shih tzu fur babies, Bella and Molly, 10 chickens and a large cichlid aquarium.

TMSI TO OFFER PATH TO DIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIP

The Path to Diversity Scholarship Program recognizes existing industry professionals who are seeking to advance their careers through continuing education. Recipients receive a voucher to cover course registration fees, up to a maximum of $2,000, for popular MBA Education courses and designation programs. This education opportunity enables employees from diverse backgrounds to advance their professional growth and career development.

Scholarships awarded under the Path to Diversity program can also be used towards six upcoming MBA Conferences where attendees can obtain Continuing Professional Education (CPE), Continuing Legal Education (CLE) or Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) credits.

Since the scholarship is only a voucher to cover registration fees, TMSI will cover the cost of travel and hotels for any conference if necessary to any awarded applicant!
