Storm and Sewer Started
Mass Grading is 50% complete and Storm and Sewer installation has begun. The majority of the concrete storm water structures have been delivered to site and are being installed. We are still awaiting approximately 10% of the concrete structures from the supplier, however the contractor has begun installation of the materials that are currently onsite. Storm installation is approximately 25% complete. The majority of the Sewer Pipe, Valves and Structures have been delivered and the site contractor has begun installation. Sanitary Sewer installation is approximately 20% complete.
We met with the electricity provider on site on 6/22/22 and agreed upon a layout for all street crossings and transformers. The electricity supplier will deliver their conduit the week of July 5th, and the site contractor will install them simultaneously with the retaining wall installation.
We have obtained our first round of vertical construction pricing and are meeting with the general contractor on 6/30/22 to discuss the pricing and look for Value Engineering opportunities.
