Obtaining Permits
Since receiving approval for Filing 1's development plan, we have been working to receive a land disturbance permit for all three filings, which would allow for the redistribution of soil. Filing 1's LDP is nearly approved. In our last meeting with the city, our engineers and planner were able to accomplish some excellent value engineering, receiving approval to build the designs with fewer retaining walls than previously anticipated. Additionally, when the city reviewed plans for Filing 3, there were fewer comments than on the previous filings. We are grateful to have very capable engineers and planners on this project.
