Inspections Scheduled
An inspection of the storm drains is scheduled with the city. Once it passes, we are scheduled to scratch the street surface on Lloyd Drive and do the final asphalt on Lloyd Drive and Cecile Ct. The curb, gutter, street signs, and stop signs are all installed. Landscaping around the detention ponds is complete.
Final touches are being conducted on Lot 1, including installing the range and dishwasher and adjusting all cabinet doors. We are expecting to have the Certificate of Occupancy by next week (ending 8/5). Lot 4 is a couple weeks behind Lot 1 in progress. Landscape and irrigation on the exterior is finished. We are finishing up roofing on the garage. Inside, light fixtures, light switches, and outlets are being installed.
