Tenant Applications In
The first 15 buildings are fully dried in – windows, exterior sheathing, and roof shingles are installed. Electrical and Mechanical systems are complete in the first 5 buildings and in progress throughout next 10 buildings. The exterior is finished on the first 2 buildings – first coat of stucco applied and wood tone tile installed. Framing is complete for buildings 16-18 and preparing for windows and roof installation. The rear stone wall bordering country club is completed and the front stone wall at the entrance has begun. Agreed to Certificate of Occupancy plan with the chief inspector and fire marshal. We have received our first applications from tenants to lease. Finalized stabilized budget with the Property Manager.
