Progress Update
The Verde Commons 2-acre development is intended to contain 26 homes. Each home will be about 1,400-2000sq. ft. Foundations have all been poured for the homes, and utility work is underway. Permit applications for vertical construction are currently being prepared and should be submitted to the City for review within three to four weeks.
