Project Update
Horizontal Construction is well underway for Columbus Creek. Mass grading and stream crossing installation is 90% complete and 20% of the work within our scope is complete. Sewer and Water structures and pipe are on site. The storm and water is about 25% installed but billed at approximately 50% due to materials being delivered.
On July 15th, we will take over NPDES monitoring and site overview. Anticipated completion of horizontal improvements and submittal of final plat anticipate Q4 2023.
