1st Round Vertical Pricing: Check
Mass Grading is complete and storm installation is 75% complete. The sewer installation is 25% complete and progressing quickly. The majority of the concrete storm water structures have been delivered to the site and are being installed. Additionally, the building pads are being graded and put on finished floor elevation. The PVC for the Sewer is on site and the Ductile Iron Pipe for the Water has been delivered. We have utilized PVC for all the Sewer and we have reduced the number of sewer taps significantly by doubling up Sewer laterals. The fire line will have to remain ductile iron.
We are still waiting on the electrical layout and design and have started phone line wiring on their layout and design. We have obtained our first round of vertical construction pricing and it is in line with our budgets. We have asked the Architect to make some changes to the unit interiors before we will finalize the vertical construction pricing.
