Inspections Scheduled
We are closing this month on lots 1 and 4, where buyers should be able to move into their new home. Builders are putting finishing touches like hardware. Completion photos are scheduled to take place on Monday, Sept 5. Lots 2 and 5 are not too far behind Lots 1 and 4 in obtaining Certificates of Occupancy. Our target for completion of these two lots is Q4 of this year.
