Sewer Installation

This month, we've made a lot of progress on the sewer lines and on key meetings and contracts. For the sewer, we've installed the last two manholes and run the lines all the way back to the sewer lift station at the rear of the property. Phase 2 of the sewer has been backfilled. We now have contracts with an architect to design the clubhouse and a fiber construction company to provide fiber-optic internet for the subdivision. We met with the city about infrastructure and will be starting on a turn lane into the community next week. We are also continuing to make progress with the drafter on house plans.
