Filing 1 Plans Approved!
Filing 1 development plans have been approved. Site engineering plans will be ready to submit to the city once the overall community plat is approved. Filing 2 development plans have been submitted to the city for review. Our engineering team is working on their plans but the drainage plans are complete, with the erosion control and utility plans soon to follow. We are working with the planner to solidify filing 3 lot layouts and street designs. The development plan will be submitted in December.
