Project Update
Horizontal Construction is 80% complete. Mass grading and stream crossing installed by Alliance and 60% of the work within our scope is complete. Sewer and Water structures and pipe are on site and 80% installed. 80% of wall installation is complete.
On July 15th, we took over NPDES monitoring and site overview from Alliance. Anticipated Curb and water to be installed by end of August. Completion of horizontal improvements and submittal of final plat anticipate October 1st, 2023.
