Ready for Retaining Walls
Mass Grading is 80% complete, Storm installation is 60% complete, and Sanitary Sewer is 85% complete. Additionally, the building pads are being graded and put on finished floor elevation. The easement with our electricity provider has been executed and the conduit for their lines has been delivered. Their conduit will be installed simultaneously with the walls for the stream crossing. The retaining walls are approved and installation is set to begin 8/1/22. Once the walls are in, final grading will occur immediately thereafter. Curb and Gutter are scheduled for the first part of September. Final construction pricing (and any VE opportunities available) have been provided, and we expect to be able to let the vertical construction contract by mid-August.
