rob's report
Another solid month for TEAM TMSI! We funded 217 loans for just shy of $61 M, an increase of $5.5 M over our May results (loan number -1 but a big uptick in average loan size!). Future locks increased by 20 units but only a slight ½ a million bump in dollars to $49 M. Application volume at 219 and overall pipeline down a little to 469 loans and $134 M. Not quite the month we were hoping for but the positive trends are greatly appreciated!

TMSI's mark stewart praises team for quick closing turn time
Just a shout out to my awesome team! I received a contract on 6/5 with a 6/21 closing date from an agent that knows better. I emailed all parties to set the proper expectations but didn’t adjust the closing date in Encompass before Helen jumped on it and submitted it as a rush request. Of course, Kathy swatted that away like Shaq blocking a shot into the 3rd row (as she should have), but I made a comeback. Kathy and I settled on a reasonable closing date, and then we crushed it and got it done in 9 business days being clear to close this past Friday and closing date of Thursday, June 22. (borrower got final figures for this am) The communication between myself, the agents, the settlement agent, and transaction coordinators was in one group email, and we received glowing reviews, my agent bragging about me, and a text from the listing agent that she'd like to take me up on my lunch offer for her and team next week. Thank you to Diana, Cher, Helen, and Kelly!
