Although much slower than we would like, work has continued on site. We’ve finished wrapping the exterior of buildings 10-15 with replacement Tyvek to install Stucco and moved scaffolds as needed to install the stucco. Lots of different types of work are ongoing, including framing, door deliveries, interior and exterior tile installation, plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, and fire protection.
We are also speaking to another contractor to take over the final 3 buildings that have not started vertical construction, in hopes that they can complete the project more quickly.
