We've Got Roads
Asphalt paving is complete for phase 1. Underground gas and electricity is complete and ready for Individual lots. Fiberoptic trenching is being conducted for phase 1 and the individual lot connections. Windows are scheduled to arrive the 1st week of August for the first 12 homes. Framing and trusses installation continues for half of the buildings.
The water facility is vertical with shingles delivered. Filtration equipment is being assembled and installed inside building. We have scheduled installation for electrical components and the septic system is installed inside the facility. Two commercial well pumps have been completed and are scheduled to be connected to water filtrations system and water tank. Once done, we will test the water facility and get it certified, which is on schedule for mid to end of August.
